High-acceleration Shock Tester

The precise-type high-acceleration shock tester supports half-sine short-wave specifications defined in JESD22-B110 and other IEC standards. It offers high repeatability and accuracy, with controlled deviations in acceleration, runtime, and speed, ensuring consistent test results. Waveforms can be adjusted by changing rubber pads, allowing flexible testing configurations. The system includes vibration-absorbing support to reduce floor resonance, optional spring systems for higher acceleration needs, and modular pads designed for different standards, making it easy to operate and maintain.

While a non-repetitive mechanical shock environment is encountered, find out the mechanical weakness and decay of specific functions. Basically simulate the consequence of random shock possibly encountered during transporting or operation process. While running a shock test, normally fix the specimen on fixture or testing table; wave model frequently selected per specification is the half-sine wave.
